You are invited to join former NRL player and campaign ambassador Preston Campbell for the launch of the free ‘Friday Small Talk’ sessions!
Small Talk, Big Difference is an initiative from the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) and Queensland Health that aims to encourage community connectedness and help Queenslanders to start the conversation about mental health, and feel confident about discussing mental health with friends, family and colleagues.
In this Friday Small Talk Session, the Small Talk Big Difference team will talk about different ways to become more comfortable having difficult conversations with others, and to connect with services in your community, as well as health professionals.
There’ll also be a live performance from Tane Beatty-Smith from The Music Makers of his song Black Dog, written specially to address the issue of mental health!
